  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

    No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • We do not provide refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us in a timely matter and we will be happy to correct the issue.
